iv. पतगेश्वर: रावणस्य कीदृशं चापं सशरं बभञ्ज?
उत्तरम्: पतगेश्वरः (जटायुः) रावणस्य मुक्तामणिविभूषितं (मुक्ता एवं मणिभिः अलंकृतम्) चापं सशरं बभञ्ज।
v. हताश्वो हतसारथिः रावणः कुत्र अपतत्?
उत्तरम्: हताश्वः (मृताश्वः) हतसारथिः (मृतसारथिः) रावणः भुवि (पृथिव्याम्/धरातले) अपतत्।

i. कवच + णिनि = कवचिन् (कवची)
ii. शर + णिनि = शरिन् (शरी)
